Form 10-K for Fiscal Year Ended August 30, 2025 Notes to Consolidated Financial Statements Note 15: Segment Reporting, page 61 1. We note that the CODM uses segment revenues and segment operating income to assess performance and allocate resources. Please tell us how you considered the guidance in ASC 280-10-50-29(f) and the example at 280-10-55-54(c) to discuss how the CODM uses this measure in assessing performance and deciding how to allocate resources. The Company respectfully acknowledges the Staff’s comment and advises the Staff that in the Company’s Form 10-Q for the quarterly period ended February 28, 2026, which was filed on April 7, 2026, the Company expanded its disclosures on Segment Reporting to include the following ( underlined below): The Company’s chief operating decision maker (the “CODM”) is the Chief Executive Officer. The CODM uses segment revenues and segment U.S. GAAP operating income to assess performance and allocate resources. The CODM uses this information, which includes a comparison of segment results to historical periods and budget, to guide decisions on how to allocate resources, to evaluate operating performance, generate future operating plans and make strategic decisions regarding the allocation of capital. The Company respectfully submits to the Staff its belief that the expanded disclosure clarifies the Company’s application of the guidance in ASC 280-10-50-29(f) and is consistent with the example at 280-10-55-54(c). The Company intends to include the disclosure above in future periodic filings. 2.
