Dear Mr. Szilagyi:

We are writing in response to comments you provided telephonically on behalf of the Disclosure Review and Accounting Office of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (the “Staff”) to Jennifer O’Brien on December 2, 2025 with respect to the combined proxy statement/prospectus (the “Proxy Statement/Prospectus”), which is related to the proposed reorganization (the “Reorganization”) of Longleaf Partners International Fund (the “Acquired Fund”) into Longleaf Partners Global Fund (the “Acquiring Fund,” and together with the Acquired Fund, the “Funds”), each a series of the Registrant. As discussed, the Registrant requests that the Staff declare the Proxy Statement/Prospectus effective today and the Registrant will reflect changes based on the comments below in a Rule 497 filing.

Set forth below are the Staff’s verbal comments together with the Registrant’s responses. Terms used but not defined herein have the same meaning as in the Proxy Statement/Prospectus.

Comment 1: In the table included in the “Capitalization” section of the Proxy Statement/Prospectus, please include adjustments for the Reorganization costs paid by the Funds. In addition, in the table included in the “Capitalization” section of the Proxy Statement/Prospectus, please include a footnote explaining the adjustments for Reorganization costs paid by the Funds.

Response: The Registrant has updated the “Capitalization” section of the Proxy Statement/Prospectus to include adjustments for the Reorganization costs paid by the Funds and has added a footnote explaining the adjustments for Reorganization costs paid by the Funds. The revised “Capitalization” section is contained in Appendix A to this response.

FINANCIAL HIGHLIGHTS

The financial highlights
table is intended to help you understand the Funds’ financial performance for the past 5 years. Certain information reflects financial
results for a single Fund share. The total returns in the table represent the rate that an investor would have earned (or lost) on an
investment in the Fund (assuming reinvestment of all dividends and distributions). This information for the year ended December 31, 2024
has been derived from financial statements audited by Cohen & Company, Ltd., the independent registered public accounting firm to
the Funds, whose report, along with the Funds’ financial statements, are included in the Funds’ Form N-CSR, which is available
upon request. The Funds’ financial highlights for the years ended December 31, 2023, and prior, were audited by other auditors.
The information for the six-month period ended June 30, 2025 is unaudited.

The presentation is for a share outstanding throughout each period.
