Please supplementally describe any additional materials that were reviewed and tell us whether you relied upon any legal opinions or third party certifications such as affidavits as the basis for your submission.
Response: In response to the Staff’s comments, the Company advises Staff that it did not review any additional materials other than what was previously disclosed in its Form SPDSCL-HFCAA-GOV submission, and that it did not rely on any legal opinions or third party certifications such as affidavits as the basis of its submission of Form SPDSCL-HFCAA-GOV.
