Please respond to this letter by amending your offering statement and providing the requested information. If you do not believe a comment applies to your facts and circumstances or do not believe an amendment is appropriate, please tell us why in your response. After reviewing any amendment to your offering statement and the information you provide in response to this letter, we may have additional comments. Unless we note otherwise, any references to prior comments are to comments in our August 25, 2025 letter. Amendment 3 to Offering Statement on Form 1-A Business Our Products, page 19 1.We note your response to prior comment 8 and reissue the comment in part. Please explain how the revenue of $2,832,000 is determined. In this regard, please provide a description similar to that provided under Hydrogen Production Facility on page 21. 2.In regards to your HyGrid TM System, we note that you will construct and own the system, even though located at the customer's location. Tell us whether or not depreciation and repairs and maintenance of the system are included in your projected financial performance. If not, tell us why not.
