Amendment No. 4 to 1-A POS filed on May 23, 2025 Exhibit 11.1 Consent, page 1 1.We note that the consent of the independent auditor filed on Exhibit 11.1 refers only to the financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2024. In light of the fact that the audit report dated May 20, 2025, that is referred to in the consent, includes the audit of the financial statements for both the years ended December 31, 2023 and 2024, please revise your consent in Exhibit 11.1 to be consistent with the periods included in the audit report. Jury Trial Waiver, page 13 2.We note your response to our prior comment 3. Please include a new risk factor in the risk factor section of this offering statement discussing the material risks to investors related to the jury trial waiver provision, including the possibility of less favorable outcomes, uncertainty regarding its enforceability, the potential for increased costs to bring a claim, and whether it may discourage or limit suits against you.
