Form 20-F for the Fiscal Year Ended December 31, 2022 General 1.Based on the information provided in response to prior comment 1, and in previous correspondence, we do not necessarily agree with your view that “short-term deposits” with maturities of one year or less may be treated as “cash items” for purposes of section 3(a)(1)(C) of the Investment Company Act of 1940 (the “Investment Company Act”). Please confirm your understanding of the same. We note the company’s representations that the company has significantly reduced, and will continue to significantly reduce, its consolidated holdings in both long-term and short-term time deposits. On the basis of these representations, and apart from comment 1 above, we have no further questions or comments with respect to the company’s time 2.
