We also note management's conclusion that disclosure controls and procedures were not effective as of your prior fiscal third quarter (page 7 of Form 10-Q for the quarterly period ended June 30, 2023) and as of your fiscal first quarter (page 6 of Form 10-Q for the quarterly period ended December 31, 2023.
