Amendment No. 6 to Draft Registration Statement on Form S-1 Management's Discussion and Analysis of Financial Condition and Results of Operations Impact of the COVID-19 Pandemic on Our Operations and Financial Performance, page 45 1.Refer to the second paragraph. We note in the first sentence that in fiscal years ending December 31, 2022, 2021 and 2020, the cost of shipping accounted for 18%, 16% and 6% of total revenue, respectively. However, in the fourth sentence you refer to a decrease in shipping costs as a percentage of the total revenue from fiscal year 2021 to the fiscal year 2022. Please revise to eliminate this inconsistency, and to explain the reasons for the increase in 2022.
