Amendment No. 2 to Registration Statement on Form F-4 filed October 10, 2023 Cover Page 1.You disclose that Real Messenger shareholders will beneficially own 51.55% of PubCo's Ordinary Shares and will have 89.72% of the total voting power following completion of the Business Combination. It appears that these percentages, as well as all other percentages of ownership and voting power disclosed on the cover page, were not updated to factor in the additional 500,000 shares that will be issued upon conversion of the October 4, 2023 Private Placement Convertible Notes or the transfer of Sponsor shares related the Private Placement agreement. Please revise or explain.
