However, disclosures elsewhere appear to indicate that as of such date, you received only $14,000 of the amount available pursuant to the Loan Agreement with your president. Also, revise to clearly disclose the minimum period of time that you will be able to conduct your planned operations using currently available resources and clarify how such determination factors into any additional funds available under the loan with Ms. Zaporozhan.
